Important reminders (please read)

  • Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment time.
  • Cancellation fee: 50% (the day before) / 100% (same day).
  • Payment: Card or cash at the store on the day. Options added on the day will be charged additionally.
  • Correct location: We also have studios in Kyoto, but this reservation is for our Tokyo studio—please make sure you come to the correct location.

About the time of your visit

Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Cancellation of reservations

A cancellation fee of 50% of the plan price will be charged on the day before the reserved date,
and 100% on the day of the reservation.

What to bring with you

  • Please bring your makeup tools for when you leave.
    If you don’t plan on applying makeup after the shoot, you don’t need makeup tools.
  • We provide cleansers, facial cleansing foam, hair dryers, irons, towels, etc.
  • If you have sensitive skin, please bring your own basic cosmetics.
    For makeup for the shoot, if you are concerned about general cosmetics, please bring the makeup base that you normally use.
  • Although it is not required, we recommend bringing colored contact lenses for a better makeover.
    We recommend colored contact lenses with rims.

Payment

  • Please pay by card or cash at the store on the day.
  • Additional options added on the day of the event will incur additional charges.

What to wear on the day

  • You may wear your usual attire and makeup on the day of your visit.
  • Please avoid wearing tank tops with bra cups.
  • Please wash your hair the day before and arrive clean.

Hairstyle at the time of your visit

Depending on your hairstyle, there are some styles you can’t choose (e.g., wigs, cornrows, braids, etc.).
Please understand this beforehand.
